A surprise stay by the marina

The staff was helpful, we felt welcome. The views from our balcony were amazing, especially during sunset. A true gem for relaxation.

The lack of towels upon arrival and the insufficient parking made things a bit frustrating. It took some time to get these resolved.

actually everything was good, my next choice again in santa cruz huatulco. the breakfast was tasty with lots of excellent food. i had double room with windows overlooking marina and extremely comfy bed. the location was great and ideal for walking around santa cruz bay.

We recommend this hotel, spent here nice 3 nights. The venue was stunningly beautiful, centrally located and the staff was EXCELLENT. The room was good sized and quiet and there were facilities, including climate control, a safe and television. The breakfast was inclusive and savoury, the check in was easy. The location was perfect, for example, Santa Cruz Bay was at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Loved the beach club access, pools, and beautiful views-especially from our pool view room! We enjoyed relaxing by the marina.

The views from the balcony overlooking the marina easily steal the show. Three pools, including two just for kids, cater perfectly to families, allowing plenty of space to splash around without the usual crowd.

Navigating the many steep stairs can be quite a workout-definitely not for anyone with mobility issues. The furniture shows significant wear and tear. The rooms, while clean, feel cramped with minimal seating, leaving the bed as your only option to sit. Having coffee only available after 8:00 AM is a downer for early risers.

I loved the spacious king room with fantastic views. The two pools were clean and inviting. Access to the beach club was a great perk. The staff were attentive. Relaxing by the marina was a highlight 🌊

A Hidden Gem with Fantastic Family-Friendly Vibes!

This cozy hotel was so nice! The pools were perfect for our kids, and breakfast options included delicious local dishes that we loved. Enjoyed amazing views from the junior suite's balcony. A must-try, the small beach nearby. Bring your Spanish skills for better interactions with the lovely staff.

Mosquitoes aside, the hotel's beach club was a good escape with attentive staff, great service, and lovely views. The room lacked a fridge and coffee maker, and I'd hoped for better housekeeping, as towels were old and stained.

Having stayed in santa cruz huatulco before, this hotel actually surprised me with its spacious double room and excellent beach club access. The staff was great, and the location was perfect for exploring the marina. It exceeded my expectations during our long stay.
